The bookkeeper that never puts it off until Friday.
Cy is the AI inside WAW Profi. It reads every transaction as it lands, decides where it belongs, matches it to the paperwork, and shows you exactly why it did so.

What it reads
- Amount
- Merchant
- Reference
- Date & time
- Your history
What it posts
Ask it, and watch it show its working.
The assistant panel out of the product, answering from a seeded ledger. Every answer carries the documents it read underneath it, because an answer about money you cannot check is worth nothing.
Seeded figures and a fixed transcript, disconnected from any database.
Judgement, not just pattern matching.
Coding a transaction is easy when the reference is clean. Almost none of them are.
Codes every transaction
Reads amount, merchant, reference, timing and your own history, then posts to the right nominal. Correct it once and the correction sticks permanently — it is learning your chart of accounts, not a generic industry average.
Matches what rules cannot
Batched payouts covering dozens of invoices, part-payments with no remittance, suppliers who quote their own reference. The awkward cases are the reason it exists.
Flags rather than guesses
Below its confidence threshold it stops and asks, with the evidence already attached. An accountant would rather answer five good questions than unpick fifty silent mistakes.
Trained on your ledger
On Enterprise the categorisation and anomaly models are tuned to your own accounts and your own suppliers, not to an average of everybody else's.
It answers out of your ledger, and tells you which records it used.
Cy sits in a panel alongside whatever you are working on. Ask it a question in plain English and it answers from posted entries — then names the source records, so you can go and check.
It will not answer a question your data cannot support, and it says so when it cannot. The panel carries the same disclaimer the product does: this is guidance from your workspace, not tax advice.

This assistant provides general guidance based on your workspace data and is not tax or accounting advice.
An accountant has to be able to defend every figure.
Which means the model has to be able to explain itself. These are the rules Cy operates under.
- Every decision carries the evidence that produced it — amount, counterparty, prior treatment.
- Confidence is shown, never hidden. You can see which postings it was sure about.
- Your data trains models for you and nobody else. It is never pooled and never sold.
- A human can overrule anything, and the overrule becomes the new rule.
- Nothing posts to a period you have already closed.
Cy is included on every plan for categorisation and matching. Conversational queries over your ledger, and models tuned to your own chart of accounts, are the paid tiers.
Your next month-end could be the last hard one.
